- Manage and implement research projects (mystery shopper assessments, quantitative and qualitative research projects)
- Be responsible for client liaison, research design, project briefing, project management, quality control and report writing and presentation
- Provide recommendations and prepare business proposals to clients
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure quality in project deliverables
職位要求
- Degree holder of social science, business administration, statistics or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in related fields (preferably on mystery shopper assessments)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese input. Knowledge in VBA is preferred
- Proactive, resourceful and detail-minded with good communication skills
Research Executive (Project)

- Assist in coordinating research projects, ensuring quality assurance and handling data processing
- Coordinate different projects with external clients and interviewers/ mystery shoppers
- Prepare findings and analysis reports for clients
職位要求
- University graduate
- Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Good Chinese typing skills
- Able to work under tight schedules and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess good communication skills
