Information for participants:	Information for participants: 1. Registration online or by fax is welcome. 2. Workshop confirmation is subject to the final arrangement of Tiptop. 3. Applicants, upon full payment will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. 4. An official receipt will be sent out within two weeks after payment received. 5. Participants are expected to attend the course at the place and time shown in the brochure unless further notice. 6. An additional class may be arranged if the course is over-subscribed. Participants may then be notified and confirmed on the new arrangement when necessary. 7. Tiptop reserves the right to make alterations regarding the course details. 8. Personal data may be used for the purposes of market research, programme development and direct mailing. For participants cannot attend the course: No refund will be made after payment; however, participants can arrange replacement and notify Tiptop at least 2 days prior to the course commencement. Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal arrangement: When typhoon signal No.8 or above is in force or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force, all classes will be postponed. When such warning signal is cancelled before 7 am for morning classes, or before 12 noon for afternoon classes, classes will meet as usual(For workshops in Hong Kong).
