• Leading a team to conduct research projects, including mystery shopper assessments, quantitative and  qualitative research
  
• Responsible for management of research projects, including client liaison, design of methodology, quality assurance, report writing, and   presentation

• Degree holder or equivalent, statistic-related subjects are preferred
  
• At least 4 years' experience in related fields (preferably on mystery shopper assessments)
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese input and statistical packages
  
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-minded; able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills in English and Chinese
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Research Executive
